Happiness! More than 30 volunteers have joined the Nueva Vida Para Todos foundation. Thanks to your help, we began the execution of the TedEd Talks program to improve the public communication of our beneficiaries and we started a group dedicated to applying and developing projects. In addition, our volunteers have managed to weave multiple bonds of friendship that are providing our children with cultural and knowledge exchanges, as well as positive visions of the future that are enriching the construction of the life projects of our beneficiaries! We will continue committed to inspiring meaningful experiences for the comprehensive and personalized development of our boys, girls and adolescents!
Conquering Museums! Our Talents expose their learnings
After years of hard work, our children managed to share the progress of their talents with the world, with presentations, stands and exhibitions at the Self-Built City Museum in the El Paraíso neighborhood. Mothers, fathers, godparents, volunteers and neighbors came to the place, attracted by the dazzling talent of our beneficiaries.
With the help of the STEM Without Borders Foundation (FSsF) we will strengthen education in science, technology, engineering and mathematics in our girls, boys and young people so that they can reach their maximum potential and be protagonists of this change of era #STEMForAll!
Our beneficiaries had the opportunity to participate in the menstrual and contraceptive education workshop with ALE. In addition, the possibility was opened for the workshop team to share their knowledge at the facilities of the Nueva Vida Para Todos foundation with all our girls and boys.
Laughter and meaningful experiences, the volunteers from Industrias Santa Clara had multiple surprises when they asked our beneficiaries how they imagined a day in Santa Clara. One of them drew a T-Rex baker! After imagining and having fun, Santa Clara donated school kits, lamps and tents.
Our talents continue to advance in consolidating themselves as positive actors in their environment. Today they received their Action Developer degree from the Kidsrights Changemakers Movement program together with Somos CaPAZes.
A Look at Paradise is an exhibition created by the children and adolescents of the Nueva Vida Para Todos Foundation,
that took over the Museum of Bogotá, in the month of August, to reflect the context and daily life of Ciudad Bolívar from their experiences. Thus, they show us a town located south of the city with more than 800,000 inhabitants and 254 neighborhoods, which works and rises to fulfill its dreams.
